 Consultation & Church Conference Reminder: 
  
   All required paperwork for SPRC Consultations (CFC, LCPA/LCPL, SPRC Consultation Summary, Clergy Compensation) and Church Conferences (Omnibus, etc.) should be submitted to the District Office no less than ONE WEEK before  your scheduled meeting date.  For pastors, Rev. Bryant also asked that you complete the Pastor Consultation Summary, in addition to the other forms, with the appropriate information and email to the office ONE WEEK before your meeting. 
 
    Please submit one completed copy of each form either via e-mail (preferably), fax, or mail.  Then, at the time of your meeting/consultation/conference bring one complete set of SIGNED, original forms for submission as your official documents.   
 
   The only forms which are not due one week before your consultation are the 2013 budgets and Leadership Directories, which are due by December 1st.
